Owing to the Pandemic, no returns are accepted.

Exchange and Refunds

  1.   Exchange will be enabled only for the incorrect delivery of any product, after  appropriate scrutiny. 
  2.  No refund shall be made on any item.
  3. In case of any damage to the clothing, enquiries will be made and appropriate action shall be taken upon completion of the assessment of the situation.

  4. Queries can be sent to if the clothing is incorrect/damaged/faulty with the Order ID.
  5.  The product has to be in its original condition, unused, unwashed & in its original packaging with tags intact. The products not meeting this criterion will strictly not be accepted.
  6.  The clothing can be dropped or shipped back to our mailing address & shipping charges will be added to the Credit Coupon Code once  the clothing meets the quality criteria.
  7.  Upon receiving the products, a quality check would be done by our team. 
  8.  If it meets the quality criteria, a Credit Coupon Code would be provided for the amount of the product you have returned. You can use this code for placing an order of the same product(on the basis of availability) or any other product.
  9. In case if you want to purchase a product of a higher amount, the CC code can be used while placing the order & the balance amount can  be paid to avail of the product.
  10.  Please note that the Credit Coupon Code cannot be encashed.
  11.  Products bought on sale or Gift cards are non-refundable.
  12.  The final decision regarding the Refund & Exchange remains with the company.
